After spending over 24 years with Recruitment Business, I feel very privileged to be writing this message as the chief executive officer. This is a special time in our company’s history as we celebrate our 24th anniversary. We began our journey on 1998, and have spent the past decade continuing to build our company reputation, which has now become synonymous with our commitment to helping our clients share knowledge and create innovation.

Anaya Recruitment Company Established in 1998 as the first Specialized Recruitment Company in Jordan, Anaya has been a pioneer in applying the concept of Total Recruitment Solutions, in the Middle East and abroad in both the private and public sectors.
In its early days, Anaya proved the value of its team work and fast track planning and recruitment control concepts. By coordinating the joint efforts of contractors, consulting engineers, owners, investors and Clients, Anaya succeeded in revitalizing and successfully completing a wide variety of private and public sectors.
This early success in Anaya approach has led it to gain considerable experience in applying environmental management principles to recruitment. Anaya has since accumulated a solid base of both experienced and professionals as well as a loyal client base including some of the most prestigious clients in the Middle East.
Realizing the importance of Human Resources in Recruitment Management and work organization, Anaya has developed specialized recruitment capacity building, training and human resources department, which serves Anaya clients during recruitment process.
